Daily Rates: Based on single or double occupancy per room; includes a home made continental breakfast during the week with full breakfasts on Saturday, Sunday and holidays served from 7:30-9:00am. All rates are subject to a 9% Vermont room and meals tax.

No Smoking: Due to the age of the structure and the numerous requests from our guests, we have instituted a no smoking policy in the Henry House. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Children: We regret that the Henry House cannot accommodate children under 12.
Pets: We truly love pets, but do not allow them inside the The Henry House.
Settlement: Cash or Visa, Discover & MasterCard. We do not accept American Express.
Arrival & Departure: Your accommodations will be ready by 3 p.m. We very much appreciate knowing your approximate arrival time within a couple hours. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Two first floor rooms at The Henry House share a bath. These are The* Borning Room and The *William Henry Room. All other rooms at the Inn have private baths. We suggest that when needed, these room be booked by family or friends that are comfortable with sharing a bath.
You may book both rooms which will create a suite, including the parlor, and bath private. This is a good option if you don't care for stairs that access our second floor. This also provides you with a large private area with exclusive use of the parlor, which includes a fireplace and CD player with headphones for your listening enjoyment.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
